Appointing Day and Place for First Meeting of the Foxton Harbour Board.
PLUNKET, Governor.
IN pursuance and exercise of the power and authority conferred upon me by section forty-one of “The Harbours Act, 1908,” I, William Lee, Baron Plunket, the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby appoint Tuesday, the second day of March, one thousand nine hundred and nine, at two p.m., to be the time, and the Borough Council Chambers, Foxton, to be the place, for the first meeting of the Foxton Harbour Board constituted under “The Foxton Harbour Board Act, 1908.”
As witness the hand of His Excellency the Governor, this twenty-fifth day of February, one thousand nine hundred and nine.

PLUNKET, Governor.
IN pursuance of the powers vested in me by “The Legislature Act, 1908,” I, William Lee, Baron Plunket, the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby abolish all existing polling-places, and do hereby appoint the places mentioned in the Schedule hereto to be polling-places for the Northern Maori Electoral District.
