lease, 45185 (Deeds), by the above-named William Aiken to
MARY PARKES, of Wanganui, Widow, and WILLIAM
BELL, of Wanganui, Accountant, both documents affecting parts Section 15, Right Bank Wanganui River, being
part of the land in certificates of title, Vol. 176, folio 81,
and Vol. 178, folio 80, and evidence having been lodged
of the loss of both the mortgage and lease, I hereby
give notice that I will register the discharge and surrender
of lease as requested, and dispense with the production of
the said mortgage and lease, unless caveat be lodged forbidding the same on or before the 11th day of March, 1909.
