NOTICE is hereby given that the several matters mentioned in the Schedule hereunder written will be heard by the Native Land Court sitting at Weraroa (Levin) on the 26th day of February, 1909, or as soon thereafter as the business of the Court will allow.

In the matter of an application under section 39 of “The Native Land Court Act, 1894”; and in the matter of the land known as Ngatimanuhiakai; and in the matter of an application by Wiremu Pakau on behalf of Hitarata Rangimuiā, to the Chief Judge of the said Court to amend the order of the said Court appointing successors to Mui Rangimuiā, deceased.
WHEREAS the above application having been referred to the Native Land Court for inquiry and report, and the same having been duly reported on, the said application is hereby dismissed.
