NOTICE is hereby given that at an extraordinary general meeting of the above-named company, duly convened, and held on the 3rd day of December, 1907, the following extraordinary resolutions were duly passed:—

1. That it has been proved to the satisfaction of the company that the company cannot, by reason of its liabilities, continue its business, and that it is advisable to wind up the same.
2. That Mr. E. M. BOULTON, of Wellington, Accountant, be appointed Liquidator for the purposes of the said liquidation.

NOTICE is hereby given that the Partnership existing between Messrs. JOHN NEIL, DENIS NEIL, and MICHAEL SAMUEL NEIL, of Waiuku and Otara, Farmers, under the style of “Neil Brothers,” has been dissolved by mutual consent, and the individual members of the firm will hereafter carry on the businesses of Farmers under their individual names respectively.
