THE WELLINGTON CENTRAL MISSION (INCOR-
PORATED), (IN LIQUIDATION).

NOTICE is hereby given, in pursuance of section 24, sub-
section (2), of “ The Incorporated Societies Act, 1908,”
and section 230 of “The Companies Act, 1908,” that a
General Meeting of the members of the above Mission will be
held at the Mission Hall, Herbert Street, on Thursday, the
30th day of December, 1909, at 7.30 o’clock in the evening,
for the purpose of having an account laid before them show-
ing the manner in which the winding-up has been conducted
and the property of the Mission disposed of, and of hearing
any explanation that may be given by the Liquidator, and
also of determining by extraordinary resolution the manner
in which the books, accounts, and documents of the company
and the Liquidator shall be disposed of.

THE MITRE COMPANY (LIMITED), (IN LIQUIDA-
TION).

NOTICE is hereby given that an Extraordinary General
Meeting of the shareholders of the above-named com-
pay will be held at the registered office of the company,
No. 9 Liverpool Street, Dunedin, on Monday, the 20th
day of December, 1909, at 3 p.m., for the purpose of re-
ceiving the Liquidator’s account showing his acts and
dealings and the manner in which the winding-up of the
company has been conducted and its assets have been dis-
posed of, and also to determine by resolution the manner in
which the books and documents of the company and of the
liquidation thereof shall be disposed of.

In the matter of “The Public Works Act, 1908,” and also
of the taking under the said Act by the Gisborne Harbour
Board of certain land within the District of Poverty Bay
for the purposes of a lighthouse-site.
NOTICE is hereby given that the Gisborne Harbour
Board, under the provisions of “The Public Works
Act, 1908,” intends to take by Proclamation—
All that piece or parcel of land situate in the District of
Poverty Bay, containing by admeasurement two acres three
roods and thirty-one perches (2 acres 3 roods 31 perches),
being part of Kaiti 319 Block, and called or known as
Tuahine Point.
A plan of the land is deposited at the office of the Gis-
bome Harbour Board, where the same may be inspected
at all reasonable hours. The work proposed to be executed
is the establishment of a lighthouse and site. All persons
having any objections to the taking of such land or exe-
cution of such works are hereby required to send such
objections in writing to the Gisborne Harbour Board on or
before the twenty-fifth day of January, one thousand nine
hundred and ten (1910).

BY an order made by His Honour Mr. Justice Sim in the
above matter, dated the 10th day of December, 1909,
on the petition of Ernest Alexander, J. M. Heywood and
Co. (Limited), Thomas Stone, and Arthur Buchanan Sands,
it was ordered that the above-named company be wound
up by the Supreme Court.

“The Companies Act, 1908,” that a General Meeting
of the members of the above-named company will be held
at the office of the Liquidator, Bank Chambers, 324 Lamb-
ton Quay, Wellington, on Thursday, the 30th day of Decem-
ber, 1909, at 4 o’clock in the afternoon, for the purpose of
having an account laid before them showing the manner in
which the wind-up has been conducted and the assets of the
company disposed of, and of hearing any explanation that
may be given by the Liquidator, and also of determining by
extraordinary resolution the manner in which the books,
accounts, and documents of the company, and of the Liquid-
ator thereof, shall be disposed of.

subsisting between PETER NEIL McCUBBIN and
CHRISTOPHER FLANAGAN, trading together, under the
style or firm of “Flanagan and Co.,” at Invercargill in the
business of Tailors and all business incidental thereto, has
this day been dissolved by mutual consent.
