Bounded towards the north by Maraeroa B No. 3B Block, towards the north-east by Maraeroa B No. 3B and Crown land, towards the east by the Paruho Stream, towards the south generally by the Ongarue River, and towards the west generally by Rangitoto-Tuhua Nos. 54A, 66A No. 1, and 66A No. 2 Blocks.
All that parcel of land, containing by admeasurement 7,189 acres 3 roods 38 perches, more or less, situated in the Mangaorongo Survey District, in the Land District of Auckland, and known as Rangitoto A No. 18A No. 2 Block. Bounded towards the north-west by Crown land; towards the north-east by Rangitoto A No. 18B No. 2 and Crown land; towards the south generally by Crown lands, southern portion of Rangitoto A No. 24B and Rangitoto A No. 19 Blocks; and towards the east generally by Rangitoto A Nos. 46B, 59, and 62 Blocks.

Bounded towards the north by Crown land, towards the east by Crown land and Rangitoto A No. 26B Block, towards the south by Rangitoto No. 29B, and towards the west by Rangitoto A No. 24B Block.
All that parcel of land, containing by admeasurement 2,797 acres 1 rood 31 perches, more or less, situated in the Mangaorongo and Pakaumanu Survey Districts, in the Land District of Auckland, and known as Rangitoto A No. 46B Block. Bounded towards the north generally by Rangitoto A No. 47 Block, towards the east generally by Rangitoto A No. 18A No. 2 and No. 19 Blocks, towards the south generally by Crown land, and towards the west generally by Rangitoto A No. 48B, Crown land, Rangitoto A No. 45B, and Crown land.

All that parcel of land, containing by admeasurement 1,931 acres 2 roods 10 perches, more or less, situated in the Tuhua Survey District, in the Land District of Auckland, and known as Rangitoto-Tuhua No. 74B Section 1 (Te Uranga) Block. Bounded towards the north by Rangitoto-Tuhua No. 74B No. 6 Block; towards the east by Rangitoto-Tuhua Nos. 67A, 67B, and again by 67A Blocks; towards the south by the Taringamutu River; and towards the west by Rangitoto-Tuhua No. 74B No. 6 Block.
All that parcel of land, containing by admeasurement 292 acres 2 roods 30 perches, more or less, situated in the Tuhua Survey District, in the Land District of Auckland, and known as Rangitoto-Tuhua No. 74B Section 3 Block. All that parcel of land, containing by admeasurement 569 acres and 23 perches, more or less, situated in the Ranginui Survey District, in the Land District of Auckland, and known as Rangitoto A No. 26B Block. Bounded towards the north by Crown land, towards the east by Mangatutu River, towards the south by Rangitoto A No. 29B Block, and towards the west by Rangitoto A No. 25B Block.
All that parcel of land, containing by admeasurement 118 acres 2 roods 20 perches, more or less, situated in the Mangaorongo Survey District, in the Land District of Auckland, and known as Rangitoto A No. 65B Block. Bounded towards the north by Rangitoto A No. 3B Block, towards the east by Mangatutu River, towards the south by Rangitoto A No. 4 Block, and towards the west by Crown land.
All that parcel of land, containing by admeasurement 96 acres 3 roods, more or less, situated in the Hurakia and Ongarue Survey Districts, in the Land District of Auckland, and known as Rangitoto-Tuhua No. 6B Block. Bounded towards the north by the Maramataha River, towards the east by Crown land, towards the south by Rangitoto-Tuhua No. 9 Block, and towards the west by Rerangaohoro Stream.
All that parcel of land, containing by admeasurement 796 acres, more or less, situated in the Marokopa Survey District, in the Land District of Auckland, and known as Taharoa B No. 1B Section 2 Block. Bounded towards the north-east and south-east by Crown land; towards the south by Section 1 of Block III, Marokopa Survey District; towards the west by the Tasman Sea; and towards the north-west by Taharoa A Block.

Excepting Land from the Operation of Section 117 of “The Native Land Court Act, 1894.”

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House, at Wellington, this fourteenth day of December, 1909.
Present:
HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR IN COUNCIL.
WHEREAS by section four of “The Native Land Laws Amendment Act, 1895,” it is enacted that the Governor may, by Order in Council, except from the operation of section one hundred and seventeen of “The Native Land Court Act, 1894” (hereinafter called “the said Act”), for a limited period or otherwise, and either generally or for such purposes and subject to such restrictions as shall be in such Order specified, any land, wheresoever situate, which is for the time being subject to the operation of the said section, or any interest therein or right over the same, or may in like manner make such exception in favour exclusively of any lessee or other person who has been bona fide in occupation of and has made such improvements on such land, or has paid money to Native owners for lease or purchase thereof, prior to the passing of the said Act: Provided that no Order in Council under the provisions of this section shall take effect until after the expiration of two months from the date of the publication thereof in the Gazette:
And whereas the Maniapoto-Tuwharetoa District Maori Land Board, by a recommendation made on the first day of October, one thousand nine hundred and nine, and received on the twenty-fifth day of October, one thousand nine hundred and nine, has recommended the Governor to except from the operation of section one hundred and seventeen of “The Native Land Court Act, 1894,” for the purpose of alienation by way of mortgage the block or parcel of land particularised and set out in the Schedule hereto:
Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, in pursuance and exercise of the power and authority conferred upon him by section four of “The Native Land Laws Amendment Act, 1895,” and acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby except the said land from the operation of section one hundred and seventeen of “The Native Land Court Act, 1894,” so far as to enable the same to be alienated by way of mortgage.
SCHEDULE.
ALL that piece or parcel of land, situate in the Ohinewairua Survey District, containing 2,101 acres, more or less, known as Motukawa 2B No. 19, and being the whole of the land comprised in certificate of title, Vol. 170, folio 132, of the Register-book of the Wellington District.
