And whereas by an Order in Council made on the sixteenth day of July, one thousand nine hundred and nine, and published in the New Zealand Gazette of the nineteenth day of July, one thousand nine hundred and nine, the land described in the Schedule hereto was brought under the operation of and declared to be subject to the provisions of Part II of the said Act:

And whereas it appears expedient to appoint a Domain Board to control the said domain:

Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, in exercise of the powers conferred by the said Act, and acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby appoint

HARRY MARSLAND,
ARTHUR MORRIS,
WILLIAM JAMES PADDY,
BERNARD ANDREW SMITH, and
THOMAS PATERSON

to be the Kirikiriroa Domain Board, having the control of the land described in the said Schedule hereto for the purposes of and subject to the provisions of the said Act; and doth hereby appoint Friday, the seventh day of January, one thousand nine hundred and ten, at half past seven o’clock p.m., as the time when, and the Town Board Office, Ngaruawahia, as the place where, the first meeting of the Board shall be held.

SCHEDULE.

KIRIKIRIROA DOMAIN, WAIPA COUNTY.

ALL that area in the Auckland Land District, being Sections Nos. 173 and 174, Suburbs of Newcastle North, Block VII, Newcastle Survey District, and containing by admeasurement 10 acres, more or less. Bounded towards the north-east by Section No. 175, Suburbs of Newcastle North, 1000 links; towards the south-east by Section No. 187, Suburbs of Newcastle North aforesaid, 1000 links; towards the south-west by a public road, 1000 links; and towards the north-west by a public road, 1000 links: be all the aforesaid linkages more or less: as the same is delineated on the plan marked L. 1240, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands, at Wellington, and thereon edged red.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.

At the Government House, at Wellington, this fourteenth day of December, 1909.

Present:

His Excellency the Governor in Council.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred by “The Public Reserves and Domains Act, 1908” (hereinafter termed “the said Act”), His Excellency the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby revoke a certain Order in Council, dated the twenty-fifth day of July, one thousand nine hundred and four, delegating powers to the Kimbolton Domain Board, and doth hereby appoint

HILTON FOWLER,
JOHN LOUDON,
WILLIAM MORTON,
HENRY KIRK HODGE,
WILLIAM BANKS,
JOHN BOURNE, and
FREDERICK ATKINS CHARLES BADDELEY

to be the Kimbolton Domain Board, having, subject to the said Act, control of the lands described in the Schedule hereto, which lands are a public domain, and shall be called the Kimbolton Domain; and also doth hereby appoint Saturday, the eighth day of January, one thousand nine hundred and ten, at seven o’clock p.m., as the time when, and the Kiwitea County Council Offices, Kimbolton, as the place where, the first meeting of the said Board shall be held.

SCHEDULE.

KIMBOLTON DOMAIN.

ALL that area in the Wellington Land District, containing by admeasurement 26 acres 3 roods 7 perches, more or less, being Section No. 92B, Block XIII, Apiti Survey District. Bounded towards the north-west and north generally by a public road; towards the east generally by a public road;

towards the south-west by Section 266, Block XIII, Apiti Survey District.

Also all that area in the Wellington Land District, containing by admeasurement 17 acres, more or less, being Section No. 92C, Block XIII, Apiti Survey District. Bounded towards the north by Section No. 23; towards the east by Section No. 24; towards the south by a public road; and towards the west generally by a public road.

As the same are delineated on the plan marked L.1177, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands, at Wellington, and thereon bordered red.

Also all that area in the Wellington Land District, containing by admeasurement 20 acres and 3 perches, more or less, being Suburban Section No. 16, Township of Kimbolton. Bounded towards the north by Sections Nos. 11, 12, 13, and 14; towards the east by a road 100 links wide; towards the south by Sections Nos. 19, 18, and 17; and towards the west by Section No. 26, Block XIII, Apiti Survey District: as the same is delineated on the plan marked L. 1177A, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands, at Wellington, and thereon bordered red.

WHEREAS by section forty of “The Public Reserves and Domains Act, 1908” (hereinafter termed “the said Act”), it is enacted that the Governor may from time to time, with respect to any public domain, appoint such persons (not exceeding nine) as he thinks fit to be a Domain Board having, subject to the said Act, control of such domain:

And whereas by an Order in Council made on the twelfth day of October, one thousand nine hundred and nine, and published in the New Zealand Gazette of the fourteenth day of October, one thousand nine hundred and nine, the land described in the Schedule hereto was brought under the operation of and declared to be subject to the provisions of Part II of the said Act:

And whereas it appears expedient to appoint a Domain Board to control the said domain:

Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, in exercise of the powers conferred by the said Act, and acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby appoint

HILLSBOROUGH DOMAIN, SELWYN COUNTY.

ALL that area in the Canterbury Land District, containing by admeasurement 8 acres 3 roods 5 perches, more or less, being part of Rural Section No. 91, Block XVI, Christchurch Survey District. Bounded towards the north by Lots 12, 13, 14, on D.P. 1261, 1474·3 links; thence towards the north-east by Opawa Road, 215·4 links; thence towards the south-east by part of Rural Section 91, 434 and 185·2 links respectively; and thence towards the south and towards the west by other parts of the said Rural Section 91, 1254·5 and 624·3 links respectively: be all the aforesaid linkages more or less: as the same is delineated on the plan marked L. 1219, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands, at Wellington, and thereon bordered red.
