Application under Section 39 of "The Native Land Court Act, 1894," dismissed.
IN THE NATIVE LAND COURT OF NEW ZEALAND, AUCKLAND DISTRICT.
IN the matter of an application by Hamiora Kura, under section 39 of "The Native Land Court Act, 1894," for amendment
of succession orders for Te Puataata No. 3A, Te Puataata No. 3B, and Maungarangi No. 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, and 6, by striking out
Te Kawau te Rohe and Rangihurinui te Makara, all deceased, respectively in the Okauia No. 3 and 4 Blocks.
IT is hereby notified that, having heard the evidence adduced in this matter, and having to a great extent relied on the dismissal
of a caveat granted on condition that the sum of £20 sterling be deposited with the Registrar of the Native Land Court,
at Auckland, which condition has not been fulfilled, the whole of this notification is hereby, with that proviso,
dismissed, without my hand, this 20th day of November, 1909.
