A PROCLAMATION.
BY virtue and in exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by section two hundred and eight of “The Land Act, 1908,” and of every other power and authority enabling me in that behalf, I, William Lee, Baron Plunket, the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby declare that the lands mentioned in the Schedule hereto shall be subject to the provisions of sections two hundred and eight to two hundred and twenty-two of Part V of “The Land Act, 1908,” relating to small grazing-runs.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Right Honourable William Lee, Baron Plunket, Knight Commander of the Most Distinguished Order of Saint Michael and Saint George, Knight Commander of the Royal Victorian Order, Governor and Commander-in-Chief in and over His Majesty’s Dominion of New Zealand and its Dependencies; and issued under the Seal of the said Dominion, at the Government House, at Wellington, this twenty-eighth day of November, in the year of our Lord one thousand nine hundred and eight.

Fixing Sittings of District Courts.
PLUNKET, Governor.
IN pursuance and exercise of the power and authority in this behalf enabling me, I, William Lee, Baron Plunket, the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby fix and appoint that sittings of the District Courts of Taranaki, Wanganui, Wairarapa, Ashburton, Timaru and Oamaru, Otago Goldfields, Western Otago, Westland, and Nelson, for civil and criminal business, shall be held as follows, from and after the first day of January next, in lieu of those previously fixed and appointed:—
TARANAKI DISTRICT.
In the Courthouse, New Plymouth, for civil business only, on 19th February, 21st May, 20th August, and 19th November.
In the Courthouse, Stratford, for civil and criminal business, on 17th February, 19th May, 18th August, and 17th November.
In the Courthouse, Hawera, for civil and criminal business, on 15th February, 17th May, 16th August, and 15th November.
WANGANUI DISTRICT.
In the Courthouse, Wanganui, for civil business only, on 12th February, 14th May, 13th August, and 12th November.
In the Courthouse, Palmerston North, for civil business only, on 9th February, 11th May, 10th August, and 10th November.
WAIARAPA DISTRICT.
In the Courthouse, Masterton, for civil and criminal business, on 25th February, 27th May, 27th August, and 26th November.
In the Courthouse, Dannevirke, for civil and criminal business, on 23rd February, 25th May, 24th August, and 23rd November.
In the Courthouse, Pahiatua, for civil and criminal business, on 24th February, 26th May, 25th August, and 24th November.
ASHBURTON DISTRICT.

In the Courthouse, Greymouth, for civil and criminal business, on 18th January, 13th April, 12th July, and 11th October.
In the Courthouse, Hokitika, for civil and criminal business, on 23rd January, 22nd April, 17th July, and 16th October.
In the Courthouse, Reefton, for civil business only, on 20th January, 14th April, 14th July, and 14th October.
In the Courthouse, Kumara, for civil business only, on 22nd January, 21st April, 16th July, and 15th October.
NELSON DISTRICT.
In the Courthouse, Nelson, for civil and criminal business, on 28th January, 29th April, 22nd July, and 21st October.
Provided that in case any of the days so fixed as aforesaid shall happen to be a holiday, then the Court appointed for that day shall be held on the first day thereafter not being a holiday.

to be a Trustee, in the place of Joseph Moss, deceased, to provide for the maintenance and care of the Oamaru Public Cemetery, in conjunction with Samuel Gibbs, Thomas Arthur Clowes, James Wansborough, Allan Hedley, John Cagney, Willoughby Chrichton McDouall, and Richard Penfold, previously appointed by His Excellency the Governor.
As witness the hand of His Excellency the Governor, this twenty-fifth day of November, one thousand nine hundred and eight.
