Trustees for the Balfour Public Cemetery appointed.
PLUNKET, Governor.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the fourth section of “The Cemeteries Act, 1908,” I, William Lee, Baron Plunket, the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby appoint
HANS PETER HENRIKSEN and
JOHN COLLIE MACPHERSON
to be Trustees, in the place of John Macpherson, deceased, and Joseph Armitage Mills, resigned, to provide for the maintenance and care of the Balfour Public Cemetery, in conjunction with Alfred James West, Donald McDonald, Robert Grant, and Robert Learmonth, previously appointed by His Excellency the Governor.
As witness the hand of His Excellency the Governor, this twentieth day of November, one thousand nine hundred and eight.

Trustees for the Okorako Public Cemetery appointed.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the fourth section of “The Cemeteries Act, 1908,” I, William Lee, Baron Plunket, the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby appoint the several persons whose names are specified in the first column of the Schedule hereto to have the control and management of the public cemetery specified in the second column of the said Schedule.

Appointing the Representation of Contributory Local Authorities on the Maniototo Hospital and Charitable Aid Board.
PLUNKET, Governor.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon me by “The Hospitals and Charitable Institutions Act, 1908,” and of all other powers enabling me in this behalf, I, William Lee, Baron Plunket, the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby appoint the representation of contributory local authorities on the Maniototo Hospital and Charitable Aid Board, as follows:—
MANIOTOTO COUNTY COUNCIL, four members;
NASEBY BOROUGH COUNCIL, one member:
And do hereby declare that the said members shall be elected on the fourth Wednesday in November, one thousand nine hundred and eight, and shall hold office until their successors come into office, in terms of section seven of the above-mentioned Act.
As witness the hand of His Excellency the Governor, this twenty-fifth day of November, one thousand nine hundred and eight.

Arrangements for First Election, &c., County of Waimate West.

to be the person to make up electors’ roll for the Ridings of Kaupokonui and Waimate, in the County of Waimate West, as constituted by “The Counties Act, 1908,” and the Waimate West County Act, 1908; also to be Returning Officer to conduct the first election of members of the Council of the said county, and to be the Clerk of the Council of the said county for the purpose of presiding at the first meeting thereof.
