At the Government House, at Wellington, this twentieth
day of November, 1908.

His Excellency The Governor in Council.
WHEREAS the lands described in the Schedule
hereto have been permanently reserved for a municipal endowment:
And whereas, in the opinion of the Governor, it is expedient to vest the said reserves in the Leamington Town Board:
Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor of the
Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice
and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion,
and in exercise of the powers and authorities vested in him
by the fourth section of "The Public Reserves and Domains
Act, 1908," doth hereby declare that, from and after the
day of the date hereof, the reserves described in the Schedule
hereto shall become vested in the Leamington Town Board,
in trust, for a municipal endowment.

has been permanently reserved for gravel purposes:
And whereas, in the opinion of the Governor, it is expedient to vest the said reserve in the Wallace County
Council:
Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor of the
Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice
and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion,
and in exercise of the powers and authorities vested in him
by the fourth section of "The Public Reserves and Domains
Act, 1908," doth hereby declare that, from and after the day
of the date hereof, the reserve described in the Schedule
hereto shall become vested in the Chairman, Councillors,
and Inhabitants of the Wallace County, in trust, for gravel
purposes.
SCHEDULE.
ALL that area in the Southland Land District, containing by
admeasurement 5 acres, more or less, being Section No. 199A,
Oreti Hundred. Bounded towards the north-west by a
public road, 900·6 links; towards the north-east by a public
road, 1151 links; and towards the south by Section No. 199,
Oreti Hundred, 1261·9 links: be all the aforesaid linkages
more or less: as the same is delineated on the plan marked
L. 49907/5, deposited in the Head Office, Department of
Lands, at Wellington, and thereon bordered red.

WHEREAS the land mentioned in the Schedule hereto
has been permanently reserved as a site for a
public library:
And whereas, in the opinion of the Governor, it is expedient that the said land should be vested in the South
Rakaia Road Board:
Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor of the
Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice
and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion,
and in exercise of the powers and authorities vested in him
by the fourth section of “The Public Reserves and Domains
Act, 1908,” doth hereby declare that, from and after the day
of the date hereof, the reserve mentioned in the Schedule
hereto shall become vested in the South Rakaia Road Board,
in trust, as a site for a public library.
SCHEDULE.
ALL that area in the Canterbury Land District, containing
by admeasurement 23·3 perches, more or less, being Reserve No. 1669, situated in the Township of South Rakaia.
Bounded towards the north by Section No. 345, 199·7 links;
towards the south-east by Railway Terrace West, 110 links;
towards the south-west by Reserve No. 3749, 148·5 links;
and towards the west by Mackie Street, 68 links: as the
same is delineated on the plan marked L. 57644/5, deposited in the Head Office, Department.of Lands, at Wellington, and thereon bordered yellow.

Board.

has been permanently reserved for a site for a public cemetery:
And whereas, in the opinion of the Governor, it is expedient that the said land should be vested in the Te Awamutu
Town Board:
Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor of the
Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice
and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion,
and in exercise of the powers and authorities vested in him
by the fourth section of “The Public Reserves and Domains
Act, 1908,” doth hereby declare that, from and after the day
of the date hereof, the reserve mentioned in the Schedule
hereto shall become vested in the Te Awamutu Town Board,
in trust, for a site for a public cemetery.
SCHEDULE.
ALL that area in the Auckland Land District, containing
by admeasurement 4 acres 1 rood 31 perches, more or less,
being Section No. 118, Teasdale Settlement. Bounded
towards the north-east by Mangapiko Street, towards the
south-east by Section No. 117 of the said settlement,
towards the south-west by Mahoe Street, and towards the
north-west by Tawhiao Street; as the same is delineated
on the plan marked L. 1524/1, deposited in the Head Office,
Department of Lands, at Wellington, and thereon coloured
red.
