DORIE DOMAIN.

ALL that area in the Canterbury Land District, containing by admeasurement 4 acres, more or less, being reserve numbered 3568, and formerly part of Reserve 2223, situate in Block VI, Rakaias Survey District. Bounded towards the north by McCrory's Road, which forms the southern boundary of Section No. 28394, 1128 links; towards the east by the remaining portion of Reserve 2223, 709·8 links; and towards the south-west by the road which forms the north-eastern boundary of Section No. 26781, 1533 links: be all the aforesaid linkages more or less: as the same is delineated upon the plan marked S.G. 42460, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands, at Wellington, and thereon edged red.

At the Government House, at Wellington, this twentieth day of November, 1908.

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR IN COUNCIL.

WHEREAS by an Order in Council made on the nineteenth day of February, one thousand eight hundred and eighty-nine, and published in the Gazette of the twenty-first day of February, one thousand eight hundred and eighty-nine, certain powers were delegated to the Waikiekie Domain Board in respect of the Waikiekie Domain therein described:

And whereas it appears expedient to revoke the said Order in Council:

Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, in pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by “The Public Reserves and Domains Act, 1908,” and of every other power and authority enabling him in this behalf, and acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby revoke the aforesaid Order in Council of the nineteenth day of February, one thousand eight hundred and eighty-nine.

Recreation Reserve in Auckland Land District brought under Part II of “The Public Reserves and Domains Act, 1908.”

PLUNKET, Governor.
ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House, at Wellington, this twentieth day of November, 1908.

Present:

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR IN COUNCIL.

BY virtue of the powers and authorities vested in me by the twenty-sixth section of “The Public Reserves and Domains Act, 1908,” I, William Lee, Baron Plunket, the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, do hereby order and declare that the reserve for recreation in the Auckland Land District described in the Schedule hereto shall be and the same is hereby brought under the operation of and declared to be subject to the provisions of Part II of the said Act; and such reserve shall hereafter form part of Raupo Domain, and be managed, administered, and dealt with as a public domain.

SCHEDULE

ALL that area in the Auckland Land District, containing by admeasurement 4 acres, more or less, being Sections 1, 2, 15, and 16, Village of Raupo. Bounded towards the north-east by Awaroa Road, 500 links; towards the south-east by Sections 3 and 7, Village of Raupo, 800 links; towards the south-west by River Road, 500 links; and towards the north-west by Tokatoka Road, 800 links: be all the aforesaid linkages more or less: as the same is delineated on the plan marked L. 1148, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands, at Wellington, and thereon bordered red.

MARAEEKAKAHO DOMAIN.

ALL that area in the Hawke's Bay Land District, containing by admeasurement 52 acres 2 roods 8 perches, more or less, being Lot 2 of Section No. 37, Block XIII, Maraekakaho Survey District, Waipawa County. Bounded towards the north by a road-line, 3060·6 links; towards the east by Hampden Township, 1750 links; towards the south by a road-line, 3058·1 links; and towards the west by a road-line, 833·3 links; thence by a cemetery reserve, 948·9 links, and again by aforesaid road-line, 601·5 links: be all the aforesaid linkages more or less: as the same is delineated on the plan marked L. 1140, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands, at Wellington, and thereon bordered red.

Bounded towards the north by Sections Nos. 47 and 48, 100 links; towards the east by Section No. 27, 300 links; towards the south by a public road, 100 links; and towards the west by Section No. 25, 300 links: be all the aforesaid linkages more or less: as the same is delineated on the plan marked L. 1118, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands, at Wellington, and thereon bordered pink.

Also all that area in the Hawke's Bay Land District, containing by admeasurement 4 acres 2 roods, more or less, being Section No. 105, Waipawa Borough, part Block 57, Patangata Crown Grant District. Bounded towards the north by other part of Block 57, 900 links; towards the east by other part of Block 57, 500 links; towards the south by a public street,
