Arrangements for First Election, &c., Waitoa Drainage Board.

HIS Excellency the Governor has been pleased to appoint

PETER GILCHRIST, Solicitor, of Te Aroha,

to be Returning Officer for the purpose of conducting the first election of five members of the Board of Trustees of the Waitoa Drainage District, as constituted under “The Land Drainage Act, 1908”; also to appoint Saturday, the 12th day of December, 1908, to be the date, and the Public Hall at Waihou to be the place, for holding such first election; and also to appoint Tuesday, the 15th day of December, 1908, at 12 o’clock noon, to be the day and the hour, and the office of the said Peter Gilchrist, in Whitaker Street, Te Aroha, to be the place, at which the first meeting of Trustees shall be held.

Arrangements for First Election, &c., Frankton Drainage Board.

HIS Excellency the Governor has been pleased to appoint

WILLIAM AUBREY GOSLING, Land Agent, of Frankton,

to be Returning Officer for the purpose of conducting the first election of five members of the Board of Trustees of the Frankton Drainage District, as constituted under “The Land Drainage Act, 1908”; also to appoint Wednesday, the 16th day of December, 1908, to be the date, and the office of the Frankton Town Board, Frankton, to be the place, for holding such first election; and also to appoint Wednesday, the 16th day of December, 1908, at 7.30 o’clock in the afternoon, to be the day and the hour, and the said office to be the place, at which the first meeting of Trustees shall be held.
