Declaring Tututawa Road, in the Stratford County, to be a County Road.

PLUNKET, Governor.
ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government Buildings, at Wellington, this twenty-second day of January, 1908.

Present:
THE RIGHT HONOURABLE SIR J. G. WARD, K.C.M.G., PRESIDING IN COUNCIL.

IN pursuance and in exercise of the powers vested in him by “The Public Works Act, 1905,” and of all other powers in anywise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby order and declare that the road described in the Schedule hereto shall, on and after the date of this Order in Council, be a county road.

SCHEDULE.

ALL that portion of road in the Taranaki Land District, Stratford County, known as the Tututawa Road, commencing at its junction with the Main Mangaehu Road, between Mangaehu Village and Punewhaku Village, and proceeding generally in a northerly direction along the western frontage of Section No. 9 (school-site), Block II, Omona Survey District, to and across the bridge over the Mangaehu River, being a length of 17 chains, more or less; as the said road is delineated on the plan marked R. 5161⁵, deposited in the office of the Chief Engineer of Roads, at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon coloured red.

Declaring Pohokura Road, in the Whangamomona County, to be a County Road.

IN pursuance and in exercise of the powers vested in him by “The Public Works Act, 1905,” and of all other powers in anywise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby order and declare that the road described in the Schedule hereto, shall, on and after the date of this Order in Council, be a county road.

SCHEDULE.

ALL that portion of road in the Taranaki Land District, Whangamomona County, known as the Pohokura Road, commencing at the south-west corner of Section 19, and running generally in a north-westerly direction along the frontage of the said Section 19 to the south-east corner of Section 18 E.R., both in Block IV, Ngatimaru Survey District, being a distance of 50 chains, more or less; as the said road is delineated on the plan marked R. 5161⁴, deposited in the office of the Chief Engineer of Roads, at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon coloured red.

Declaring Mangare (Extension to Greenwoods) Road, Whangamomona County, to be a County Road.

At the Government Buildings, at Wellington, this twenty-second day of January, 1908.

IN pursuance and in exercise of the powers vested in him by “The Public Works Act, 1905,” and of all other powers in anywise enabling him in this behalf, His Excel-
lency the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby order and declare that the road described in the Schedule hereto shall, on and after the date of this Order in Council, be a county road.

SCHEDULE.

ALL that portion of road in the Taranaki Land District, Whangamomona County, known as the Mangare (Extension to Greenwoods) Road, commencing at the last angle on the original Mangare Road, and running in a south-westerly direction through Section 175, Block IV, Ngatimaru Survey District, to Section 8, Block XVI, Upper Waitara Survey District, being a distance of 14 chains, more or less; as the said road is delineated on the plan marked R. 5161⁸, deposited in the office of the Chief Engineer of Roads, at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon coloured red.

Declaring the Piko Road, in the Clifton County, to be a County Road.

IN pursuance and in exercise of the powers vested in him by “The Public Works Act, 1905,” and of all other powers in anywise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby order and declare that the road described in the Schedule hereto shall, on and after the date of this Order in Council, be a county road.

SCHEDULE.

ALL that road in the Taranaki Land District, Clifton County, known as Piko Road, commencing at the one-mile peg (as handed over on 17th May, 1904), and running in a south-westerly direction along the frontage of Section 12, Block V, and part of Section 3, Block IX, both in Upper Waitara Survey District, to peg 3 mile 5 chains, being a distance of 2 miles 5 chains, more or less; as the said road is more particularly delineated on the plan marked R. 5161¹⁰, deposited in the office of the Chief Engineer of Roads, at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon coloured red.

Declaring the Whangamomona to Wanganui River Road, in the Whangamomona County, to be a County Road.
