John Roberts of Dunedin, in the Dominion of New Zealand, Merchant, and Alfred Henry Miles, of Wellington, in the Dominion aforesaid, Merchant, carrying on business as Merchants in copartnership, at Napier, under the style or firm of “Murray, Roberts, and Co.” (hereinafter called “the licensees”), whereby it is agreed that the patentee shall grant unto the licensees full and exclusive right, liberty, and license to use the invention within the Dominion of New Zealand, and to manufacture and sell all fencing and other materials falling within the specification of the invention for the unexpired period in respect of which the patent has been granted, upon the terms and consideration set out in such memorandum of agreement.
