No. 16383.—Notification of agreement, dated 30th July, 1908, entered on the Register, between Frederick Charles Griffiths, of New Plymouth, in the Provincial District of Taranaki, in the Dominion of New Zealand, Plumber, and Hardley and Hardley, Limited, a company duly incorporated in New Zealand under the Companies Act, and having its registered office in the City of Auckland in New Zealand, whereby the agreement of 31st May, 1907 (notification of which appears on the Register), is cancelled, subject and without prejudice to the provisions of clause 8 of present agreement, and the said Frederick Charles Griffiths shall grant and the company shall take an exclusive license to make, use, exercise, and vend skylights under and in accordance with the specification of Letters Patent No. 16383 of New Zealand, within the Provincial District of Auckland, in New Zealand (excepting, however, those parts, if any, of the Counties of Cook, Wairoa, and Waiapu that are situated within the Provincial District of Auckland), for the residue now unexpired of the term for which the said Letters Patent were granted, for the consideration and subject to the terms and conditions mentioned and contained in the deed.
