PURSUANT to “The Mining Act, 1905,” the undersigned, Robert Telford, of Roxburgh East, Farmer, hereby applies for a license for a water-race as specified in the Schedule hereto, the course whereof has been duly marked out for the purpose.
Date and number of miner’s right: 16th September, 1908; No. 68576.
Address for service: Care of Robert Cockburn, Mining Agent, Roxburgh.

Locality of the race and of its starting and terminal points: Block III, Teviot Survey District. Starting at a point in McDonald’s Creek in occupation license owned by John McDonald; thence south-west through said occupation license, 2 chains; thence through Run 199b, 3 chains; thence through Section 17, 20 chains, terminating at my house. Pegs marked X.
Length and intended course of race: 25 chains; south-west.

Estimated time and cost of construction: Already constructed.
