NOTICE is hereby given that, no person having taken out administration, the Public Trustee has filed in the office of the Supreme Court at Wellington an election to administer the several intestate estates of the persons deceased whose names, residences, and occupations, so far as known, are hereunder respectively set forth, their gross properties being estimated not to exceed £250 in each case.

NOTICE is hereby given that the Certificate of Incorporation No. 476, granted to the Johnsonville Bowling Club (Registered) on the 18th day of March, 1908, is hereby cancelled, on the grounds that the club has discharged all its liabilities and has been dissolved.

Situated on the east bank of the Karetu River, about four miles from Loburn, and twelve miles by good road from the Ashley Railway-station. About 20 acres consists of alluvial river-flats, the balance open undulating land, of which about 80 acres is ploughable. The soil is a sour clay, and carries vegetation of bracken, manuka, tussock, &c.
