Land temporarily reserved for a School-site in the Ote-
kaike Settlement, Otago Land District.


PLUNKET, Governor.

WHEREAS by the three-hundred-and-twenty-first sec-
tion of “The Land Act, 1908,” it is enacted that
the Governor may from time to time, either by general or
particular description, and whether the same has been
surveyed or not, reserve from sale temporarily, notwith-
standing that the same may be then held under pastoral
license, any Crown lands which in his opinion are required
for any of the purposes in the said section mentioned :
Now, therefore, I, William Lee, Baron Plunket, the
Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, in exercise
and pursuance of the powers and authorities vested in me
by the said Act, do hereby temporarily reserve from sale
the land in the Otago Land District described in the
Schedule hereunder written, for a site for a public school.


SCHEDULE.

ALL that area in the Otago Land District, containing by
admeasurement 10 acres, more or less, being Section No. 16A,
Block XII, Maruwenua Survey District (Otekaike Settle-
ment). Bounded towards the north-east by Section No. 15A,
Block XII, Maruwenua Survey District (Otekaike Settle-
ment), 577·8 links; towards the south-east by a road-line,
1300 links; towards the south-west by Section No. 17A of
said Block XII, 1077·3 links; and towards the north-west
by a road-line, 1180 links: be all the aforesaid linkages
more or less: as the same is delineated on the plan marked
L. 193681/83, deposited in the Head Office, Department of
Lands, at Wellington, and thereon bordered red.

As witness the hand of His Excellency the Governor,
this twenty-sixth day of September, one thousand
nine hundred and eight.

Land temporarily reserved for Bridge and Ford Purposes
in the Town of Arrowtown, Otago Land District.


PLUNKET, Governor.

this twenty sixth day of September, one thousand
nine hundred and eight.
