THE following resolution was passed at an adjourned special meeting of the MARAKOPA MILLING COMPANY (LIMITED), held at the company’s registered office on 28th August: “That, in view of the inadequate response by shareholders for fresh capital, and it having been proved that this company cannot, by reason of its liabilities, continue its business, it is advisable to wind up the same, and that the company be wound up voluntarily.” It was further resolved, “That Mr. F. B. FARMAR be appointed Liquidator.”

THE OTAUTAU ROLLER MILLING COMPANY (LIMITED).

NOTICE is hereby given that at an extraordinary general meeting of the above-named company held at Otautau on the 18th day of August, 1908, the following special resolutions were passed, and at a subsequent extraordinary general meeting of the said company held at Otautau on the 3rd day of September, 1908, the said resolutions were duly confirmed, viz.:—

  1. That the Otautau Roller Milling Company (Limited) be wound up voluntarily.

  2. That Mr. WILLIAM ALFRED SAUNDERS, of Invercargill, Journalist, be and is hereby appointed the Liquidator for the purpose of winding up the affairs of the company.
