LAND TRANSFER ACT NOTICES.

EVIDENCE having been furnished of the loss of the outstanding duplicate of Memorandum of Lease 1063, affecting Allotment 4 of Railway Reserve at Hastings, being part of the Heretaunga Block, whereof ROBERT SOWERSBY is the registered lessee, and application having been made to me to register certain dealings affecting the said lease, I hereby give notice that I will register such dealings, dispensing with the production of the said outstanding duplicate, at the expiration of fourteen days from the date of the Gazette containing this notice, unless caveat be lodged in the meantime forbidding such registration.
