They consist of open flat agricultural land, only a few feet above sea-level, and were originally heavy swamp land, of which all but a small area has been reclaimed; it is now very fine pasture land, and capable of growing almost any ordinary farm crop. The unreclaimed swamp land, although at times under water, grows excellent summer pasture, on which cattle thrive well. The other fencing on the sections belongs to the land, and is included in the capital values of the sections. A first grain-crop was taken last season off 22 acres of Section 14, and 25 acres of Section 15.
As witness the hand of His Excellency the Governor, this eleventh day of September, one thousand nine hundred and eight.
