MINING NOTICES.
THE WANGAPEKA GOLD-DREDGING COMPANY (LIMITED).
IN VOLUNTARY LIQUIDATION.
NOTICE is hereby given, in pursuance of section 230 of “The Companies Act, 1903,” that a General Meeting of the members of the above-named company will be held at the registered office of the said company, No. 37 Guyton Street, Wanganui, on Monday, the 28th day of September, 1908, at 2.30 o’clock in the afternoon, for the purpose of having an account laid before them showing the manner in which the winding-up has been conducted and the property of the company disposed of, and of hearing any explanation that may be given by the Liquidator ; and also of determining by extraordinary resolution the manner in which the books, accounts, and documents of the company, and of the Liquidator, shall be disposed of.

THE ANTONIO’S FLAT GOLD-DREDGING COMPANY (LIMITED).
NOTICE is hereby given that the following extraordinary resolutions were passed at an extraordinary general meeting of shareholders held on the 13th August, 1908:—

That it is proved to its satisfaction that the company cannot, by reason of its liabilities, continue its business, and that it is advisable to wind up the same; also that a Liquidator be appointed, and his remuneration fixed.

That PATRICK TANSEY be appointed Liquidator at a remuneration of twenty-five pounds.
