PLUNKET, Governor.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the fourth section of “The Cemeteries Act, 1908,” I, William Lee, Baron Plunket, the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby appoint
AUGUSTUS STEPHEN HICKS
to be a Trustee, in the place of Richard Hicks, resigned, to provide for the maintenance and care of the Tikorangi Public Cemetery, in conjunction with Henry Faull, Edward Lye, Thomas McKenzie, and John Vickery, previously appointed by His Excellency the Governor.
As witness the hand of His Excellency the Governor, this seventh day of September, one thousand nine hundred and eight.

to be a Trustee, in the place of the Reverend Peter Regnault, who has left the district, to provide for the maintenance and care of the Waimate Public Cemetery, in conjunction with John Manchester, George Henry Graham, Andrew Carter, Alfred Garland, and the Reverend McKenzie Gibson, previously appointed by His Excellency the Governor.
As witness the hand of His Excellency the Governor, this seventh day of September, one thousand nine hundred and eight.

IN pursuance and exercise of the power and authority conferred upon me by “The Mining Act, 1908,” and of all other powers and authorities enabling me in this behalf, I, William Lee, Baron Plunket, the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby appoint the post-office at the undermentioned place to be a post-office at which miners’ rights may be issued by the Postmaster in charge of such post-office, viz.:
