APPLICATION having been made to me to register a discharge of Mortgage No. 36589, in favour of the PUBLIC TRUSTEE, as Administrator of the estate of CECILIA IGNATIUS CONOLLY, deceased, affecting part of Lot 43, Deposited Plan No. 182, part of Section 5, Hutt District, Township of Petone, and being the land comprised in certificate of title, Register-book, Vol. 158, folio 10, and evidence having been lodged of the loss of the said mortgage, I hereby give notice that I will dispense with the production of the said mortgage and register the discharge as requested unless caveat be lodged forbidding the same on or before the 17th day of September, 1908.

AT an extraordinary general meeting of the members of the above-named company, duly convened, and held at Tinwald on the 4th day of August, 1908, the following special resolution was duly passed, and was confirmed at an extraordinary general meeting held at Tinwald on the 18th day of August, 1908: “That the Hinds Saleyards Company (Limited) be voluntarily wound up”; and at the same meeting Mr. WALTER PICKLES, of Ashburton, Accountant, was appointed Liquidator for the purpose of such winding-up.
