Locality and Description.
These sections are situated in the Township of Opawa (Albury) immediately adjacent to the Albury Railway-station, which is twenty-nine miles from Timaru on the Timaru-Fairlie branch line of railway. On Lots 26, 27, 28, 41, 42, 43, is situated the Albury Hotel, a wooden building of sixteen rooms, and on Lots 29, 30, 39, and 40 there is a stable ; these buildings are included in the upset price in each case.
Possession will be given on the 1st November, 1908.
