Officiating Ministers for 1908.—Notice No. 32.

PURSUANT to the provisions of an Act of the General Assembly of New Zealand passed in the eighth year of the reign of His Majesty King Edward VII, and intituled "The Marriage Act, 1908," the following names of Officiating Ministers within the meaning of the said Act are published for general information:—

Roman Catholic Church.

The Reverend Patrick Fanning.
The Reverend Aubrey John Goodman.
The Reverend John Lee.
The Reverend Edward Noujoux.
The Reverend Francis Tyler.

CROWN LANDS NOTICES.

Lands in Nelson Land District surrendered.

NOTICE is hereby given that, surrenders of the leases of the undermentioned lands having been accepted by resolution of the Nelson Land Board, the said lands have thereby reverted to the Crown under the provisions of "The Land Act, 1908."
