Notifying Land in Hawke’s Bay Land District subject to “The Land for Settlements Consolidation Act, 1900.”

Pursuant to the provisions of “The Land for Settlements Consolidation Act, 1900,” and its amendments, I hereby notify that the undermentioned Crown land, being the land known as the Te Mata Settlement, which has been acquired under the said Acts, is subject to the said Acts, as from the 1st day of November, 1907.
SCHEDULE.
Te Mata Settlement.
All that area in the Hawke’s Bay Land District, being Lots 10, 11, and part 12 of Block No. 9, situated in Block IV, Te Mata Survey District, and containing by admeasurement 82 acres 3 roods 10 perches, more or less. Commencing at a point 8209·2 links south and 97680·2 links east of Initial Station “A,” Hawke’s Bay; thence in a north-westerly direction by a line bearing 327° 58′, 3560·2 links; thence in a north-easterly direction by a line bearing 57° 58′, 100 links; thence again in a north-westerly direction by a line bearing 327° 58′, 1419·8 links; thence in a north-easterly direction by a line bearing 59° 16′ 40″, 1581 links; thence in a south-easterly direction by lines bearing 148° 05′ 30″, 3525·4 links, and 141° 49′, 1426·1 links, respectively; thence in a south-westerly direction by a line bearing 237° 58′, 1825 links, to the starting-point: be all the aforesaid bearings and distances a little more or less.
And as the aforesaid area is more particularly delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 19381, deposited in the Head Office of the Department of Lands and Survey, in Wellington, and thereon edged with red.
