Notification under “The Timber-floating Act, 1908.”
PLUNKET, Governor.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon me by the second section of “The Timber-floating Act, 1908,” I, William Lee, Baron Plunket, the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby notify that the Whangaroa Harbour. and the streams flowing therein, together with their tributaries, situated in Whangaroa County, Auckland Land District, may be used under license for the purposes of the said Act.
As witness the hand of His Excellency the Governor, this thirty-first day of August, one thousand nine hundred and eight.
