KAIPARA TIMBER COMPANY (LIMITED), (IN LIQUIDATION).

NOTICE is hereby given, pursuant to section 230 of “The Companies Act, 1903,” that a General Meeting of the members of the above-named company will be held at the registered office of the company, Canning’s Buildings, Queen Street, Auckland, on Friday, the 31st day of January, 1908, at 2 o’clock in the afternoon, for the purpose of having an account laid before the company showing the manner in which the winding-up has been conducted, and of determining by extraordinary resolution the manner in which the books, accounts, and documents of the company, and of the Liquidators thereof, shall be disposed of.

Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 252 of “The Companies Act, 1903,” that a General Meeting of the members of the above-named company will be held at the registered office of the company, Canning’s Buildings, Queen Street, Auckland, on Friday, the 31st day of January, 1908, at 2 o’clock in the afternoon, for the purpose of considering and, if thought fit, passing the following resolutions:—

“That the books, accounts, and documents of the company, and of the Liquidator thereof, be retained in the possession of Stanley George Chambers for the period of one year, and at the expiry of that period be destroyed.”

Notice of Intention to take Land for a Landing-place for the Use, Convenience, or Enjoyment of the Waingaro to Kerikeri Creek Road through Lot B No. 1 of the Subdivision of Allotment 62, Parish of Waipa.

NOTICE is hereby given that it is proposed, under the provisions of “The Public Works Act, 1905,” by the Raglan County Council, to take for a landing-place for the use, convenience, or enjoyment of the Waingaro–Kerikeri Creek Road the land described in the Schedule hereto. And notice is further given that the plan of the land so required to be taken for the said landing-place is deposited in the office of the Raglan County Council at Ngaruawahia, and is there open for public inspection.

And notice is also hereby given that all persons affected by the taking of such land shall, if they have any well-grounded objection to the taking of such land, set forth the same in writing, and send such writing, within forty days from the first publication of this notice, to the Raglan County Council at Ngaruawahia.
