SCHEDULE.

ALL that road in the Taranaki Land District, Whangamomona County, known as the Mangaowata Road, commencing at its junction with the Ohura Road, and running in a westerly direction between Sections 91 and 95 and along the frontage of Section 2, all in Block X, Pouatu Survey District, to 10 chains west of the western boundary of Section 91, Block X, Pouatu Survey District, being a distance of 1 mile 6 chains, more or less; as the said road is more particularly delineated on the plan marked R. 762, deposited in the office of the Chief Engineer of Roads, at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon coloured red.

Declaring Portion of Tawa Road, in the Pahiatua County, to be a County Road.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.

At the Government Buildings, at Wellington, this thirteenth day of January, 1908.

PRESIDING IN COUNCIL.

IN pursuance and in exercise of the powers vested in him by “The Public Works Act, 1905,” and of all other powers in anywise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby order and declare that the road in the Pahiatua County described in the Schedule hereto shall, on and after the date of this Order in Council, be a county road.


SCHEDULE.

TAWA ROAD.

ALL that portion of road in the Wellington Land District, Pahiatua County, known as Tawa Road, commencing at its junction with the Makairo–Coonor Road, and proceeding thence in a northerly direction to its junction with the boundary-line between Sections 36 and 40, all in Block II, Makuri Survey District, a distance of 21 chains, more or less; as the said road is delineated on the plan marked R. 7661z, deposited in the office of the Chief Engineer of Roads, at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon coloured purple, and lettered C.D.

Declaring Raupuha Road, in the Stratford County, to be a County Road.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.

At the Government Buildings, at Wellington, this thirteenth day of January, 1908.

PRESIDING IN COUNCIL.

IN pursuance and in exercise of the powers vested in him by “The Public Works Act, 1905,” and of all other powers in anywise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby order and declare that the road described in the Schedule hereto shall, on and after the date of this Order in Council, be a county road.


SCHEDULE.

ALL that road in the Taranaki Land District, Stratford County, known as the Raupuha Road, commencing at its junction with Toko Road and running in a south-westerly and then south-easterly direction along the frontage of Section 21, thence through Section 24 and along the frontage of Section 25, all in Block VIII, Ngaire Survey District, to its junction with the Mangaehu Road, being a distance of 2 miles 49 chains, more or less; as the said road is more particularly delineated on the plan marked R. 9605c, deposited in the office of the Chief Engineer of Roads, at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon coloured red.

Declaring Whitianga Road, in the Whangamomona County, to be a County Road.

ALL that road in the Taranaki Land District, Whangamomona County, known as Whitianga Road, commencing at its junction with the Mauku Road, and running in a southerly direction along the frontage of Section 6, Block XV, Pouatu Survey District, to its junction with the Kohuratahi Road, being a distance of 75 chains, more or less; as the said road is more particularly delineated on the plan marked R. 9605b, deposited in the office of the Chief Engineer of Roads, at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon coloured red.

Declaring Waituna Road, in the Pahiatua County, to be a County Road.

SCHEDULE.

ALL that portion of the road in the Wellington Land District, Pahiatua County, known as the Waituna Road, commencing at its junction with the deviation of road through Section 22, Block II, Makuri Survey District, and proceeding thence generally in a north-easterly direction to the north-eastern corner of Section 23, Block II, Makuri Survey District, a distance of 58 chains, more or less; as the said road is more particularly delineated on the plan marked R. 7661z, deposited in the office of the Chief Engineer of Roads, at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon coloured burnt sienna, and lettered A.B.
