MINING NOTICE.

THE NEW MOANATAIARI GOLD-MINING COMPANY (LIMITED).

NOTICE is hereby given that at an extraordinary general meeting of the above-named company, duly convened, and held at the offices of the company, 108 and 109 Victoria Arcade, Queen Street, Auckland, on the 30th day of June, 1908, the following special resolution was passed; and at a subsequent extraordinary general meeting of the said company, held at the offices of the company aforesaid on the 21st day of July, 1908, the said resolution was duly confirmed, viz. :—

“That the New Moanataiari Gold-mining Company (Limited) be wound up voluntarily, under the provisions of ‘The Companies Act, 1903,’ and that HENRY GILFILLAN, the younger, of Auckland aforesaid, Company Manager, be hereby appointed Liquidator for the purposes of such winding-up.”
