and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion,
doth hereby appoint

    JOHN GALBRAITH HYDE,
    STEPHEN SPAIN,

    FREDERICK JEFFERY

to be the Dunstan Domain Board, having the control of
the land described in the said Schedule hereto for the
purposes of and subject to the provisions of the said Act;
and doth hereby appoint Saturday, the fifth day of Sep-
tember, one thousand nine hundred and eight, at eight
o'clock p.m., as the time when, and the office of Mr.
George Fache, Sunderland Street, Clyde, as the place
where, the first meeting of the Board shall be held.


SCHEDULE.

DUNSTAN DOMAIN.

ALL that area in the Otago Land District, containing
by admeasurement 135 acres 3 roods 21 perches, more or
less, being Section No. 72, Block I, Leaning Rock Survey
District, Vincent County. Bounded towards the north-east
by the crossing of a road-line, by Section 77 and Run 221G,
4864 links; towards the south-east by Run 221G, the cross-
ing of a road-line and the Otago Central Railway, and by
Section 87, 3100 links; towards the south-west by Sec-
tion 78, the crossing of a road-line and the Otago Central
Railway, and by Run 221G, 4864 links; and towards the
north-west by the crossing of the Otago Central Railway,
Run 221G, and by a road-line, 3100 links: excluding from the
above-described area two road-lines and the Otago Central
Railway line which intersect the same: be all the aforesaid
linkages more or less: as the same is delineated on the plan
marked L. 1077, deposited in the Head Office, Department of
Lands, at Wellington, and thereon bordered red.

Domain Board appointed to have Control of the Casnell
Island Domain.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.

At the Government House, at Wellington, this twenty-
eighth day of July, 1908.

Present:

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR IN COUNCIL.

IN pursuance and exercise of the power and authority
conferred by “The Public Domains Act, 1881,” and
the amendments thereof (including “The Domain Boards
Act, 1904”), His Excellency the Governor of the Dominion
of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent
of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby
revoke an Order in Council, dated the sixteenth day of
January, one thousand eight hundred and ninety, delegating
powers to the Casnell Island Domain Board, and doth
hereby appoint

THE RODNEY COUNTY COUNCIL

to be the Casnell Island Domain Board, having, subject to
the said Acts, control of the land described in the Schedule
hereto, which land is a public domain, and shall be called
the Casnell Island Domain; and also doth hereby appoint
Wednesday, the fifth day of August, one thousand nine
hundred and eight, at half past one o'clock p.m., as the
time when, and the Rodney County Council Office, Wark-
worth, as the place where, the first meeting of the said
Board shall be held.


SCHEDULE.

CASNELL ISLAND DOMAIN.

ALL that area in the Auckland Land District, containing
by admeasurement 16 acres 3 roods, more or less, being
Section No. 196, Mahurangi Parish, Rodney County, and
known as Casnell Island. Bounded on all sides by high-
water mark of the Mahurangi Harbour; as the same is
delineated on the plan marked L. 57091, deposited in the
Head Office, Department of Lands, at Wellington, and
thereon bordered pink.

Recreation Reserve in Auckland Land District brought under
“The Public Domains Act, 1881.”


PLUNKET, Governor.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.

At the Government House, at Wellington, this twenty-
eighth day of July, 1908.

Present:

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR IN COUNCIL.

BY virtue of the powers and authorities vested in me
by the twenty-fourth section of “The Public Reserves
Act, 1881,” I, William Lee, Baron Plunket, the Governor
of the Dominion of New Zealand, by and with the advice
and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion,
do hereby order and declare that the reserve for recreation
in the Auckland Land District described in the Schedule
hereto shall be and the same is hereby brought under the
operation of and declared to be subject to the provisions
of “The Public Domains Act, 1881”; and such reserve
shall hereafter be known as Raupo Domain, and be
managed, administered, and dealt with in manner directed
by the said Act.


SCHEDULE.

RAUPO DOMAIN.

ALL that area in the Auckland Land District, containing
by admeasurement 33 acres 2 roods 28 perches, more or less,
being Section No. 58, Block XVI, Tokatoka Survey District,
Otamatea County. Bounded towards the north-east and
south-east by Section No. 57, Block XVI, Tokatoka Survey
District, 2245·1 and 1500 links respectively; towards the
south-west by a public road, 2245·1 links; and towards the
north-west by a public road, 1500 links: be all the aforesaid
linkages more or less: as the same is delineated on the plan
marked S.G. 58469/4, deposited in the Head Office, Depart-
ment of Lands, at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.

At the Government House, at Wellington, this twenty-
second day of July, 1908.

Present:

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR IN COUNCIL.

BY virtue of the powers and authorities vested in me by
the twenty-fourth section of “The Public Reserves
Act, 1881.” I, William Lee, Baron Plunket, the Governor
of the Dominion of New Zealand, by and with the advice
and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion,
do hereby order and declare that the reserve for recreation
in the Taranaki Land District described in the Schedule
hereto shall be and the same is hereby brought under the
operation of and declared to be subject to the provisions
of “The Public Domains Act, 1881”; and such reserve
shall hereafter form part of Kaponga Domain, and be
managed, administered, and dealt with in manner directed
by the said Act.


SCHEDULE.

ALL that area in the Taranaki Land District, containing
by admeasurement 3 acres, more or less, being Sections
Nos. 38, 39, and 40, Township of Kaponga; as the same is
delineated on the plan marked S.G. 56327/21, deposited in
the Head Office, Department of Lands, at Wellington, and
thereon bordered red.
