A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and in exercise of the powers conferred by
section thirteen of "The Land Act, 1892," and its amend-
ments, I, William Lee, Baron Plunket, the Governor of the
Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby, with the consent of
the owners, lessee, and mortgagee of the lands mentioned
in the First Schedule hereto, and of the Halswell Road Board,
being the local authority in whose district the said lands are
situated, proclaim as a road the lands in Halswell Survey
District described in the First Schedule hereto; and also
do hereby, with the like consents as aforesaid, proclaim as
closed the road described in the Second Schedule hereto,
which is not required by reason of the road first herein-
before proclaimed.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance of the power and authority conferred upon
me by the one-hundred-and-sixty-eighth section of
"The Land Act. 1892," I, William Lee, Baron Plunket,
the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby
proclaim and declare that the allotments of Crown lands
respectively described in the Schedule hereto shall be and
the same are hereby set apart and declared open for lease
as a village settlement.
