ticularly delineated on the said plan, and therein respec-

Also all that piece of land in the said borough situate on
the north side of and fronting Barton Street, and containing
2 roods 2·9 perches or thereabouts, and being part of Rural
Section 14; as the same is more particularly delineated on
the said plan, and therein coloured blue. Also all those
pieces of land in the said borough situate on the west side of
and fronting Princes Street, and containing respectively 10·9
perches, 7·7 perches, 8·7 perches, and 24·5 perches or there-
abouts, and being part of Rural Section 14; as the same are
more particularly delineated on the said plan, and therein
respectively coloured blue, pink, yellow, and blue. And also
all those pieces of land in the said borough situate on the
eastern side of and fronting Aldwin’s Road, and containing
respectively 1·2 perches, 2·5 perches, 3·1 perches, 1 perch,
1·2 perches, 3·65 perches, 1·8 perches, 1·8 perches, and 3·6
perches or thereabouts, and being Lots 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8,
and 12 on Deposit Plan 2424, and being part of Rural Sec-
tion 99; as the same are more particularly delineated on the
said plan, and therein respectively coloured pink, blue,
yellow, pink, blue, yellow, pink, blue, and yellow.

NOTICE OF DISSOLUTION OF PARTNERSHIP.
NOTICE is hereby given that the Partnership heretofore
subsisting between ALBERT TASKER and FRANCIS
PALMER RISHWORTH, carrying on business as Drapers at
Nelson, under the style or firm of “Bert Tasker and Co.,”
has been dissolved by mutual consent as from the 19th day
of June, 1908.

THE COMPANIES ACT, 1903.
NOTICE is hereby given that it is the intention of the
above-named company, at the expiration of three
calendar months from this date, to cease to carry on busi-
ness in the Dominion of New Zealand. Meantime the office
of this company has been removed from Customhouse Quay,
Wellington, to No. 3 Willis Street, Wellington.

LYTTELTON ABATTOIR.
THE following is the Scale of Charges for the use of the
Lyttelton Borough Council’s Abattoir, which has
been registered, under No. Ab. 10, as the abattoir within the
meaning of “The Slaughtering and Inspection Act, 1900,”
for the use of the Borough of Lyttelton :—
s. d.
For every head of cattle slaughtered therein .. 2 9
For every sheep or lamb slaughtered therein .. 0 5
For every pig or calf slaughtered therein .. 0 4
Such fees shall include—
(a.) The use of the land attached to the abattoir for the
storage of stock;
(b.) The right of slaughtering stock at the abattoir;
(c.) The right of storage of carcases therein.
The foregoing list of charges is in substitution for the
scale of charges dated 8th July, 1902, and which is hereby
cancelled and annulled.
