COUNTY OF AMURI.

In the matter of “The Public Works Act, 1905,” and the amendments thereof.

NOTICE is hereby given that the Amuri County Council proposes to take the land described in the Schedule hereto, under the provisions of the above Act, for the purposes of portion of a road to be constructed in lieu of certain of the roads closed by Order in Council published in the New Zealand Gazette on the 9th day of May, 1907. A plan of the land proposed to be taken has been deposited at the Amuri County Council Office, at Culverden, where such plan may be inspected by all persons at all reasonable hours.

All persons affected are required to set forth in writing any well-grounded objections to the making of the said road or to the taking of such land, and to send such writing, within forty days from the date hereof, to the Amuri County Council.

The Schedule above referred to.

All that parcel of land, containing 6 acres 1 rood 26 perches or thereabouts, being parts of Sections 130, 131, and 137 in Blocks VII and XI of the Culverden Survey District, and coloured pink in the plan above referred to.
