Lands proclaimed as a Road in Mangapoike, Blocks I, V, VIII, XI, and XII, Opoiti and Nuhaka North Survey Districts, and Maruetaha, Blocks I and II, Nuhaka North Survey District, Cook and Wairoa Counties.

A P R O C L A M A T I O N.
IN pursuance and in exercise of the powers conferred by section thirteen of “The Land Act, 1892,” and its amendments, I, William Lee, Baron Plunket, the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby, with the consent of the owners, lessees, and mortgagees of the lands mentioned in the Schedule hereto, and of the Cook and Wairoa County Councils, being the local authorities in whose districts the said lands are situated, proclaim as a road the lands in Opoiti and Nuhaka North Survey Districts described in the Schedule hereto.

All in the Hawke’s Bay Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plans marked and coloured as above mentioned, and deposited in the office of the Chief Engineer of Roads, at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Right Honourable William Lee, Baron Plunket, Knight Commander of the Most Distinguished Order of Saint Michael and Saint George, Knight Commander of the Royal Victorian Order, Governor and Commander-in-Chief in and over His Majesty’s Dominion of New Zealand and its Dependencies; and issued under the Seal of the said Dominion, at the Government House, at Wellington, this second day of May, in the year of our Lord one thousand nine hundred and eight.
