MINING NOTICE.

In the matter of “The Companies Act, 1903”; and in the matter of the Black’s Gold-dredging Company (Limited).

NOTICE is hereby given that at an extraordinary general meeting of the members of the above-named company held at Dunedin on Wednesday, 22nd day of April, 1908, the following resolutions were passed:—

  1. That the company cannot, by reason of its liabilities, continue its business, and that it is advisable to wind up the same, and that the company be wound up accordingly under “The Companies Act, 1903.”

  2. That Mr. PERCY RENDEL be appointed Liquidator for the purpose of such winding-up.

DISSOLUTION OF PARTNERSHIP.

NOTICE is hereby given that the Partnership which has for some time past been carried on by LAWFORD STROUD BARRACLOUGH, the younger, and ALFRED THOMAS MITCHELL, under the style of “Barraclough and Mitchell,” in the City of Nelson, in the trade or business of Butchers, was this day dissolved by mutual consent. The business will henceforth be carried on by the said Alfred Thomas Mitchell, to whom all debts owing to the late firm are payable, and by whom all debts owing by the late firm will be discharged.

DISSOLUTION OF PARTNERSHIP.

WE hereby give notice that the Partnership hitherto existing between us has been dissolved by mutual consent as from the 16th day of April, 1908.

The assets of the firm are taken over by the undersigned FREDERICK WEBB, who will receive all moneys due to the late firm and will pay and discharge all liabilities in connection therewith.
