Weighted with £45, valuation for improvements, consisting of three-roomed house and shed, and about 2 acres cleared and partly stumped.
With the exception of about 2 acres near the northern boundary, this section is steep and back-lying. The soil is of fair quality, but the aspect is southerly. The timber is not of any value from a milling point of view, but a number of black-pine posts could be obtained. The clearing originally done has become overgrown to a large extent. Situated about three-quarters of a mile from Owaka Railway-station.

Weighted with £2, valuation for improvements, consisting of about 1 acre cleared and grassed.
The general aspect of the greater part of this section is southerly, and the land is steep. An area of 2 or 3 acres near the north boundary is level, and would make a good homestead-site. There are a few black-pine trees, but otherwise the timber is of no value. Situated about three-quarters of a mile from Owaka Railway-station.

Forest-clad sections, nearly all level; good soil; water can be obtained by sinking. Situated from nineteen to twenty miles from Catlin's River Railway-station. Accessible by formed road.
A sawmill license over these sections has been granted for twelve months from 12th November, 1907, and the sections are opened subject to this license. Milling-timber must be cut first from the proposed residential sites on the sections selected before the end of the twelve months.
As witness the hand of His Excellency the Governor, this twenty-third day of April, one thousand nine hundred and eight.
