NOTICE is hereby given that JOHN BRENSSLL, Hotel-keeper, of Queensbury, was this day adjudged bankrupt; and I hereby summon a meeting of creditors, to be held at my office, on Friday, the 27th day of March, 1908, at 2.30 o’clock.

MINING NOTICES.
LAST CHANCE HYDRAULIC SLUICING, ELEVATING, AND DREDGING COMPANY (LIMITED), (IN LIQUIDATION).
NOTICE is hereby given that at a general meeting of the above-named company held at the registered office of the company, 51 Crawford Street, Dunedin, on Tuesday, the 30th day of July, 1907, at 4 o’clock p.m., the following extraordinary resolution was carried: “That it has been proved to the satisfaction of the company that the company cannot, by reason of its liabilities, continue its business, and that it is advisable to wind up the same, and accordingly the company be wound up voluntarily under provisions of ‘The Companies Act, 1903.’”
Notice is also hereby given that a general meeting of the above-named company will, in pursuance of section 230 of “The Companies Act, 1903,” be held at Otago Agricultural Society’s Buildings, 51 Crawford Street, Dunedin, on Friday, the 10th day of April, 1908, at 3 o’clock in the afternoon, for the purpose of laying before such meeting an account showing the manner in which the winding-up of the said company has been conducted and the assets of the company disposed of, and of offering any explanation the Liquidator may wish to give.
Notice is also hereby given that it is intended to propose at such meeting an extraordinary resolution directing that the books, accounts, and documents of the company and of the Liquidator be retained by the Liquidator for a period of three months, and thereafter destroyed.
