NOTICE is hereby given that a sitting of the Native Land Court will be held at Waitotara on the 22nd day of April,
1908, to hear and determine the matter mentioned in the Schedule hereunder written, in respect of which applica-
tion has been received by the Registrar, and all such other matters as may be lawfully brought before it.

SCHEDULE.
LAND BROUGHT WITHIN THE JURISDICTION OF THE NATIVE LAND COURT UNDER SECTION 15 OF "THE NATIVE LAND
COURT ACT, 1894."
In pursuance of an Order in Council dated the 6th day of February, 1907, ordering and declaring that the investigation and
determination of the ownership of the land described in the Schedule hereto, and of the relative shares or interests of any
Native therein, and also the determination of any matter or question which may arise in relation to the premises, or which
it shall be necessary to determine for the purpose aforesaid, shall be and the same are thereby brought within the jurisdic-
tion of the Native Land Court established under the said Act.
It is hereby notified that the said matters will be heard by the Court which will sit at Waitotara on the 22nd day of
April, 1908.

All that piece of land, containing 194 acres, more or less, being Section 1, Block II, Wairoa Survey District, in the
Provincial District of Wellington.
