NATIVE LAND COURT NOTICES.

Order under Section 39 of “The Native Land Court Act, 1894.”

IN THE NATIVE LAND COURT OF NEW ZEALAND.

In the matter of an application under section 39 of “The Native Land Court Act, 1894,” by Mihi Puketapu, to amend the order of the Court of the 4th day of August, 1887, appointing successors in the Omata No. 5 Block (Ratapihipihi) to the estate of Wiremu Rangiawhio Porutu, deceased, therein.

WHEREAS the above application has been referred to the Native Land Court for inquiry and report, and the same has been duly reported upon: And whereas, by error, the names of the undermentioned persons were omitted from the said orders of succession:

Now, therefore, for the purpose of rectifying the said error, and in exercise of the power in that behalf vested in me by section 39 aforesaid, I hereby order that the order of succession dated the 4th day of August, 1887, made in the matter of Wiremu Rangiawhio Porutu, deceased, for the Omata No. 5 Block (Ratapihipihi) is hereby amended by adding to the said order, as successors to the said deceased person, the following names: Ihaia Porutu Puketapu, ⅓ share; Hirini Puketapu, ⅓ share; Piripi Puketapu, ⅓ share; and Raepakoko Puketapu, ⅓ share.

Application under Section 39 of “The Native Land Court Act, 1894,” dismissed.

IN THE NATIVE LAND COURT OF NEW ZEALAND.

In the matter of an application under section 39 of “The Native Land Court Act, 1894”; and in the matter of the lands known as Tapuaeroa No. 1B and Ngamoe No. 1; and in the matter of an application by Heni Hautao Parata to the Chief Judge of the said Court to amend the orders of the Court of the 15th December, 1892, appointing successors to Ani Kahutawhiti, deceased.

WHEREAS the above application having been referred to the Native Land Court for inquiry and report, and the same having been duly reported on, the said application is hereby dismissed; and leave is granted to the said applicant to appeal from this decision within thirty days from the date of publication hereof in the Gazette.

IN THE NATIVE LAND COURT OF NEW ZEALAND, WELLINGTON DISTRICT.

In the matter of an application under section 39 of “The Native Land Court Act, 1894”; and in the matter of the land known as Oruanga No. 1C; and in the matter of an application by Rangi Tauru to the Chief Judge of the said Court to amend the partition order of the Court of the 16th day of May, 1899.

WHEREAS the above application having been referred to the Native Land Court for inquiry and report, and the same having been duly reported on, the said application is hereby dismissed.
