Trustees for the Putaruru Public Cemetery appointed.

PLUNKET, Governor.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the sixth section of “The Cemeteries Act, 1882,” I, William Lee, Baron Plunket, the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby appoint the several persons whose names are specified in the first column of the Schedule hereto to be Trustees to provide for the maintenance and care of the public cemetery specified in the second column of the said Schedule.

SCHEDULE.

Frederick Charles Barnett, George Frederick Barton, Thomas Hilland, Philip Lester Goodwin, and Arthur Groves. PUTARURU. All that area in the Auckland Land District, containing by ad-measurement 2 acres, more or less, being Section No. 98, Block VI, Patetere North Survey District (Selwyn Settlement), Piako County. Bounded towards the north-east by Section No. 97, Block VI, Patetere North Survey District, 398·3 links; towards the south-east by a public road 100 links wide, 502·1 links; towards the south-west and north-west by Section No. 97 aforesaid, 398·3 and 502·1 links respectively: be all the aforesaid linkages more or less: as the same is delineated on the plan marked S.G. 57521/1, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands, at Wellington, and thereon bordered red.

As witness the hand of His Excellency the Governor, this twelfth day of March, one thousand nine hundred and eight.
