NOTICE is hereby given that the several matters mentioned in the Schedule hereunder written will be heard by the Native Land Court sitting at Waipawa on the 18th day of December, 1908, or as soon thereafter as the business of the Court will allow.

Order under Section 39 of "The Native Land Court Act, 1894."

IN THE NATIVE LAND COURT OF NEW ZEALAND, WELLINGTON DISTRICT.

In the matter of "The Native Land Court Act, 1894"; and in the matter of the lands known as Taita No. 58, Subdivision 10; and in the matter of an application by Kimi Matenga to the Chief Judge of the said Court, under section 39 of "The Native Land Court Act, 1894," to amend the succession order made in respect of Ruhia Pote, deceased, herein.

WHEREAS the above application has been referred by me to the Native Land Court for inquiry and report, and the same has been duly reported on: And whereas it appears that the order made appointing successors to Ruhia Pote, deceased, in Taita No. 58, Subdivision 10, was made in error:

Now, therefore, for the purpose of rectifying the said error, and in exercise of the powers in that behalf vested in me as Chief Judge of the said Court by section 39 aforesaid, I hereby order that the said order made on the 6th day of March, 1902, granting succession to Ruhia Pote, deceased, in respect of Taita No. 58, Subdivision 10, be and the same is hereby amended as follows: Kimi Matenga, 1/5 share; Teira Ihakara, m, 1/5 share; Te Wharemaru Ihakara, 1/5 share; Pirihi Epia, f, 1/5 share; Peti Epiha, f, 1/5 share; Ruiha Epiha, f, 1/5 share.

As witness my hand, this 11th day of December, 1900.

NOTICE having been lodged with me by Wirihana Tipene, of Tapairu, Waipawa, that he has taken Wirihana Tipene, the child of Hare Nepe and Hinekatorangi Nepe, to be his adopted child, and a certificate by a Judge of the Native Land Court, as required by Regulation No. 6, having been received, it is hereby notified that the said notice of adoption has been duly filed and registered.
