section of “The Public Reserves and Domains Act, 1908,” do by this notification declare that the said land shall, from and after the seventeenth day of December, one thousand nine hundred and eight, be appropriated for a site for a public school under Class III of “The Public Reserves and Domains Act, 1908”; and I do hereby direct that this notification shall be published in the New Zealand Gazette.
SCHEDULE.
ALL that area in the Otago Land District, containing by admeasurement 5 acres, more or less, being Section No. 21 (formerly portion of Section No. 19), Block XVI, Blackstone Survey District. Bounded towards the north-west by part of Section No. 5, Block XVI, Blackstone Survey District, 1000 links; towards the north-east by Section No. 19 of said Block XVI, 500 links; towards the south-east by part of Section No. 7 of said block, 1000 links; and towards the south-west by a road-line, 500 links: be all the aforesaid linkages more or less: as the same is delineated on the plan marked L. 5229/3, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands, at Wellington, and thereon bordered red.
As witness the hand of His Excellency the Governor, this twelfth day of December, one thousand nine hundred and eight.
