Land temporarily reserved for a Site for a Public School in
the Auckland Land District.
PLUNKET, Governor.
WHEREAS by the three-hundred-and-twenty-first section of "The Land Act, 1908," it is enacted that the Governor may from time to time, either by general or particular description, and whether the same has been surveyed or not, reserve from sale temporarily, notwithstanding that the same may be then held under pastoral license, any Crown lands which in his opinion are required for any of the purposes in the said section mentioned:
Now, therefore, I, William Lee, Baron Plunket, the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, in exercise and pursuance of the powers and authorities vested in me by the said Act, do hereby temporarily reserve from sale the land in the Auckland Land District described in the Schedule hereunder written, for a site for a public school.
SCHEDULE
ALL that area in the Auckland Land District, containing by admeasurement 10 acres and 13 perches, more or less, being Section No. 3A, Block III, Whangarei Survey District. Bounded towards the north-east by a public road ; towards the south-east and south-west by Section No. 3, Block III, Whangarei Survey District, and towards the north-west by a public road: as the same is delineated on the plan marked L. 5230/1, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands, at Wellington, and thereon coloured purple.
As witness the hand of His Excellency the Governor, this twelfth day of December, one thousand nine hundred and eight.

ALL that area in the Wellington Land District, containing by admeasurement 5 acres, more or less, being Section No. 18, Block V, Hautapu Survey District : as the same is delineated on the plan marked L. 5228/1, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands, at Wellington, and thereon bordered red.

All that area in the Otago Land District, containing by admeasurement 1 rood 14 perches, more or less, being Section No. 75, Block XX, Shotover Survey District. Bounded towards the north-west by part of Section No. 1, Block XVII, and the abutment of Hay Street, Town of Queenstown, a distance of 200 links ; towards the north-east by a line bearing 145° 32', a distance of 170 links ; towards the south-east by a line bearing 55° 32', a distance of 200 links; and towards the south-west by a line bearing 325° 32', a distance of 170 links: be all the aforesaid linkages more or less: as the same is delineated on the plan marked L. 50133/43A, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands, at Wellington, and thereon bordered red.
All that area in the Otago Land District, containing by admeasurement 2 acres 1 rood 10 perches, more or less, being Sections Nos. 39 and 43, Block XXI, Shotover Survey District. Bounded towards the north-west by a road-line, a distance of 982 links : towards the north-east by a line bearing 164° 48', a distance of 278 links : towards the south-east by lines bearing 72° 19', a distance of 268 links ; 103° 57', a distance of 138 links; and 82° 03', a distance of 621 links: and towards the south-west by a line bearing 352° 03', a distance of 202 links: be all the aforesaid linkages more or less: as the same is delineated on the plan marked L. 50133/43B, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands, at Wellington, and thereon bordered red.

Bounded towards the north-west by the Blenheim-Waipara Railway Reserve, and towards the south-east and south by the Waipara Road bounding Section No. 20, Block XVI, Lowry Peaks Survey District ; as the same is delineated on the plan marked L. 5232/1, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands, at Wellington, and thereon bordered red.

Changing the Purpose of a Portion of a Reserve in the Otago Land District.
PLUNKET, Governor.
WHEREAS the land described in the Schedule hereto forms part of a reserve heretofore duly set apart for forest purposes, being a reserve within Class I of "The Public Reserves and Domains Act, 1908," and such land has not been vested in trust in any society, body corporate, or trustees:
And whereas it is expedient that such land shall be appropriated for a site for a public school, being a reserve within Class III of the aforesaid Act:
