NO. 12793.—Notification of agreement, dated 8th May, 1907, entered on the Register, between the Milburn Lime and Cement Company, Limited, and John Wilson and Co., Limited, to the effect that the said John Wilson and Co., Limited, shall have the full and exclusive license and right to use and exercise the invention in the Provincial District of Auckland, and such other parts of New Zealand as may be agreed upon, for the residue of the term of fourteen years, and to manufacture, sell, and dispose of, within the said district, pipes made according to said invention, upon the terms and conditions set out.
