A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and in exercise of the powers conferred by section thirteen of “The Land Act, 1892,” and its amendments, I, William Lee, Baron Plunket, the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, with the consent of the owner of the land hereinafter mentioned, and with the consent of the Pahiatua County Council, being the local authority in whose district the said land is situated, do by this notice hereby proclaim as taken for a road the land in Mangahao Survey District described in the Schedule hereto.

SCHEDULE.

In the Wellington Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked and coloured as above mentioned, and deposited in the office of the Chief Engineer of Roads, at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Right Honourable William Lee, Baron Plunket, Knight Commander of the Most Distinguished Order of Saint Michael and Saint George, Knight Commander of the Royal Victorian Order, Governor and Commander-in-Chief in and over His Majesty’s Dominion of New Zealand and its Dependencies; and issued under the Seal of the said Dominion, at the Government House, at Wellington, this second day of January, in the year of our Lord one thousand nine hundred and eight.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and in exercise of the powers conferred by the one-hundred-and-sixty-second section of “The Land Act, 1892,” and of all other powers and authorities enabling me in this behalf, I, William Lee, Baron Plunket, the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby revoke a Proclamation dated the sixteenth day of February, one thousand nine hundred and four, and published in the New Zealand Gazette No. 14, dated the eighteenth day of February, one thousand nine hundred and four, setting apart lands for Totoro Improved-farm Special Settlement, in so far as it relates to the lands described in the Schedule hereto.

TARANAKI LAND DISTRICT.

SECTION No. 8 (formerly part of Section No. 1), Block X, Totoro Survey District, containing 1 acre.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance of the power and authority conferred upon me by the one-hundred-and-sixty-eighth section of “The Land Act, 1892,” I, William Lee, Baron Plunket, the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the allotments of Crown lands described in the Schedule hereto shall be and the same are hereby set apart and declared open for lease as a village settlement.

A PROCLAMATION.

WHEREAS by the seventy-third section of “The Local Bodies’ Loans Act, 1901” (herein termed “the said Act”), it is, amongst other things, enacted that before certain moneys therein mentioned shall be expended upon any block of land it shall be necessary that the same be proclaimed as set apart for settlement:

Now, therefore, in pursuance and exercise of every power and authority enabling me in this behalf, and for the purposes of the said Act, I, William Lee, Baron Plunket, the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim the land described in the Schedule hereto as set apart for settlement.
