Commencing at the north-western corner of Section No. 1, Block XIX aforesaid; bounded on the east and north by the western and southern boundaries of that section and the southern boundary of Section No. 30, Block V, said survey district, to the north-western corner of Section No. 21, Block V aforesaid; on the south-east by said Section No. 21 and Sections Nos. 20, 19, and 18 to the south-western corner of the last-mentioned section; again on the north by a public road forming the southern boundary of said Section No. 18 to the Pourakino River, and by that river to Messrs. A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and in exercise of the powers conferred by section thirteen of “The Land Act, 1892,” and its amendments, I, William Lee, Baron Plunket, the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby, with the consent of the owner and occupiers of the land mentioned in the First Schedule hereto, and of the Hawera County Council, being the local authority in whose district the said land is situated, proclaim as a road the land in Omona Survey District described in the First Schedule hereto; and also do hereby, with the like consents as aforesaid, proclaim as closed the road described in the Second Schedule hereto, which is not required by reason of the road first hereinbefore proclaimed.

All in the Taranaki Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked and coloured as above mentioned, and deposited in the office of the Chief Engineer of Roads, at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District.
