KURANUI ROAD.

All that road in the Auckland Land District, Piako County, known as the Kuranui Road, starting at a point in the north-eastern boundary of Section 66, Block XVI, Tapapa Survey District, and proceeding thence in a south-westerly and north-westerly direction through the said Section 66, and thence in a south-westerly direction along the north-western boundary of Section 71, Block XVI, Tapapa Survey District, to its junction with the Pakaraka Road, being a distance of 3 miles 15 chains, more or less; as the said road is more particularly delineated on the plan marked R. 6482, deposited in the office of the Chief Engineer of Roads, at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon coloured burnt sienna.

TE AROHA ROAD.

All that road in the Auckland Land District, Piako County, known as the Te Aroha Road, starting from a point on the Cambridge-Rotorua Road, being the south-east corner of Section 81, Block III, Patetere North Survey District; thence in a generally north-westerly, northerly, and north-easterly direction to the north-west corner of Section 56, Block XII, Tapapa Survey District; being a distance of 7 miles 30 chains, more or less: as the said road is more particularly delineated on the plan marked R. 6482, deposited in the office of the Chief Engineer of Roads, at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon coloured burnt sienna.

KAIMAI ROAD.

All that road in the Auckland Land District, Piako County, known as the Kaimai Road, starting from the Te Aroha Road at a point nearly opposite 52A (a mineral-spring reserve), and proceeding thence in a generally easterly and north-easterly direction through No. 6c No. 2w, thence along the north-western boundaries of Sections 58 and 59, Block XII, Tapapa Survey District, to its junction with a road at the most eastern point of Section 57, Block XII, Tapapa Survey District, being a distance of 3 miles 5 chains, more or less; as the said road is more particularly delineated on the plan marked R. 6482, deposited in the office of the Chief Engineer of Roads, at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon coloured burnt sienna.

Declaring the Avoca Settlement South Road, in the Hobson County, to be a County Road.

At the Government Buildings, at Wellington, this sixteenth day of December, 1907.

IN pursuance and in exercise of the powers vested in him by “The Public Works Act, 1905,” and of all other powers in anywise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby order and declare that the road described in the Schedule hereto, known as the Avoca Settlement South Road, shall, on and after the date of this Order in Council, be a county road.

SCHEDULE.

AVOCA SETTLEMENT SOUTH ROAD.

ALL that road in the Auckland Land District, situated in the Hobson County, commencing at a point on the Tangowahine Stream, in Section 29, Block I, Maungaru Survey District, proceeding thence in a south-westerly direction through Section 1, thence south along western boundaries of Sections 2, 3, 4A, thence in a south-easterly direction along boundary of Section 5, and through Native Block Mangakirikiri 3289 to bank of Tangowahine Stream, in Block V, Maungaru Survey District, a distance of 4 miles 20 chains or thereabouts; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked R. 194, and deposited in the office of the Chief Engineer of Roads, at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon coloured red, and lettered A.B.

Declaring Part of the Mangamaire Road, in the Waipawa County, to be a County Road.

At the Government Buildings, at Wellington, this nineteenth day of December, 1907.

MANGAMAIRE ROAD.

ALL that portion of road in the Hawke's Bay Land District, Waipawa County, known as the Mangamaire Road, commencing at a point 1 mile 65 chains from its junction with the Pokomuka Road and running in a south-easterly direction, and ending at a point opposite the homestead of Section 2, Block X, Mangatoro Survey District, a distance of 1 mile 53 chains, more or less; as the said road is delineated on the plan marked R. 6723, deposited in the office of the Chief Engineer of Roads, at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon coloured red.

At the Government House, at Auckland, this twenty-sixth day of December, 1907.

IN pursuance and in exercise of the powers vested in him by “The Public Works Act, 1905,” and of all other powers in anywise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby order and declare that the road described in the Schedule hereto shall, on and after the date of this Order in Council, be a county road.

SCHEDULE.

BURNETT ROAD.

ALL that road in the Wellington Land District, Pahiatua County, known as Burnett Road, commencing at the boundary-line between Hawke's Bay Land District and the Wellington Land District, at the northern boundary of Section 2, Block XVI, Makuri Survey District, and proceeding thence in a south-easterly direction to the western boundary-line between Sections 1 and 2, Block XVI, Makuri Survey District, a distance of 69 chains, more or less; as the said road is delineated on the plan marked R. 7661z, deposited in the office of the Chief Engineer of Roads, at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon coloured blue, and lettered E.F.
